Saturday Practice:
Zazen periods start at 8:00 AM, 8:40 AM, 9:30 AM, and 10:15 AM.
Service at 11:00 AM.
Dharma talk at 11:25 PM.

Sesshin
The Heart of Zen Practice
"Sesshin is an intensive Zen retreat. It is practiced by all Zen schools throughout the world.
We gather for a period of silence, sitting and walking meditation, chanting, Dharma talks and personal interviews. We practice 'oryoki' at mealtimes and serve delicious vegetarian food.
The cost including room and board is $40 per day."
One Day and Weekend Workshops
One day workshops begin at 8:00 am and end at 5:00 pm. The cost is $100.
Weekend workshops begin on Friday night at 7:30 pm and end on Sunday at 4:00 pm. Participants are encouraged to stay on site but it is not required. Breakfast and lunch are included. The cost is $225.
Financial policy: $100 deposit is required for all programs. With two week's advanced notice cancellations will receive a full refund.
With one week's notice, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

Kyudo Weekend Workshop with Hakuzan Sensei. Learn zen archery from the basis of meditation to read the Art of Kyudo with Don Symanski and Hakuzan Wenninger. Program will examine the essential question of Meditation Kyudo.
